How To Join

Follow this guide to learn how to join our server and keep it error free.

There are 2 ways to join TigerRO:

1.  If you are new to Ragnarok and do not already have Sakray installed, you can download the FULL TigerRO Client.

2. If you already have Sakray installed and know how to add the TigerRO Patch then you can install the TigerRO Patch Client.

 

FULL TigerRO Client

Step 1: Installing The Client
 
  • Download our FULL server client. It is in Two Parts and both must be downloaded!:


    Part 1 (600mb)
    (8-12-09)


     Part 2 (546mb)
    (8-12-09)


  • Find the downloaded client files and make sure they are in the same folder.

  • Right click on Part 1 and choose "extract here". This will extract the data from both Part 1 and Part 2. (To extract these files WinRar will be needed. To get it click: Here)

  • Launch the installer you extracted and follow the instructions in the installation.

 Step 2: Creating a Launcher (Optional)
 
  • This only needs to be done if a TigerRO Shortcut did not appear on your desktop after the installation was finished.

  • Locate the "TigerRO.exe" file that was installed into the TigerRO folder. (C:\Program Files\Gravity\TigerRO by Default)

  • Create a Shortcut by right clicking the TigerRO.exe file and chooseing Create Shortcut.

  • Place the shortcut wherever it is convenient for use and use it to start the game.

TigerRO Patch Client

Step 1: Installing Ragnarok (Optional)
 

  • If you don't already have Sakray installed, download the latest SAK client here:

     

    • Note: This server does NOT need RAG.

  • FULLY update SAK.

Step 2: Installing The Client

  • Download our server patch client here:


    40mb

  • Find the downloaded client and extract it into the same folder you installed SAK into. (To extract these files WinRar will be need to be installed. To get it click: Here)


  • Drag the downloaded file into the folder you installed SAK into.


  • Then right click on it and choose "extract here".

Step 3: Creating a Launcher

  • Locate the "TigerRO.exe" file in the group of files you have just extracted.


  • By right clicking on the “TigerRO.exe”, create a shortcut.


  • Place the shortcut wherever it is convenient for use.
Note: To keep your game running perfect, always keep your SAK updated by periodically running the "sakray.exe" in your TigerRO or RO folder and periodically check the site and forum for client updates!

 Step 4: Registering
 

  • Start up our server by using the "TigerRO.exe" shortcut that you've created.


  • In the login screen, enter the ID you want followed by a _M if you are a male or _F if you are a female.

    ex:
    ID: Bobby_M
    Password: bobbyowns

    Note: The next time you login, take the _M or _F out of your ID.

 Step 5: Playing
 

  • In character selection screen, make a character.


    • Note: A new character must have only 30 stat points! No more, No less, or else the character creation will be denied!

  • Join the game!
